Is Reducing Meat Consumption Really Helping the Environment?

With issues of climate change and sustainability finding urgency all around the world, many experts advise us to try and limit our consumption of meat – owing to the environmental impact of the global meat industry. We find out if reducing meat consumption helps the environment, and how vegan foods are replacing the traditional meat industry.

We have more choice than ever before to choose what we eat. But are we making the right ones? With issues of climate change and sustainability finding urgency all around the world, many experts advise us to try and limit our consumption of meat – owing to the environmental impact of the global meat industry. But is it making any difference, and is meat consumption really destroying our planet? Let’s find out.

The global meat industry is nothing less than immense. In 2022, the global industry is worth over $2 trillion! With its presence so prevalent, the scale and intensity of meat production combined with projected population growth estimates show that current practices are bad for the environment.

Here is why:

IMPACT OF EATING MEAT

Health Risks

Diets high in red and processed meats, high-fat dairy foods, processed foods, and sugar are associated with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancers whereas diets rich in fiber, fruit, and vegetables are associated with a reduced risk of these diseases.

Biodiversity Loss

Livestock production accounts for roughly 30% of current global biodiversity loss! With the need for more land to produce more meat, we are losing the lush flora of our planet for specifically animal rearing, only to have them killed in the end. The meat industry is causing an irreversible loss to our planet to produce meat.

Global Warming

According to studies, meat production is responsible for generating about 14.5% of total global greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, an astounding amount of meat is gone to waste both before and during the manufacture of meat. These practices are extremely harmful to our ecosystem, especially global warming which is directly caused by these greenhouse gas emissions.

Water Usage

About 29% of the total water footprint of the agricultural sector in the world is related to the production of animal products. By not purchasing meat products and avoiding such companies, you have the power to reduce the demand for meat, and thus – save water and conserve the planet.

IMPACT OF NOT EATING MEAT

If you’re looking to reduce your impact on the environment, going vegan is one of the best choices you can make. Here is why:

  1. Plant-based options high in protein and, alongside a well-balanced diet of plenty of fruit and vegetables, will mean you aren’t going without the vitamins you need. You will find equal amounts of natural nutrition in a vegan diet without hurting your

  1. Producing plant-based meat emits up to 90% fewer greenhouse gasses than producing conventional meat. If more people were to adopt veganism as a diet, the impact could cause a major shift in the ecosystem and help slow climate change.

  1. The global meat industry is notorious for polluting our oceans. When we leave land animals and fish off our plate, we are contributing to stabilizing the marine ecosystem as well as giving marine life a chance to thrive once again.

Reducing demand is the most significant factor in taking a stand against meat production. Ease your diet’s burden on the planet and choose veganism.

Vegan Foods Reigning 2022

Much more than a fad, diet, or trend, veganism is a way of life for thousands of people around the world. According to statistics in 2022, the number of vegans at present is 79 million – making up only 1% of the world population. In fact, Vancouver is ranked amongst the top five most popular cities for vegans. Vegan food and vegan products in Vancouver are universally a must-try! Surveys have also shown the growth of vegan food is “rapid” and there will be a 40% increase in the coming years.

Whether the cause is based on environment, ethics, or health, the rising demand for plant-based and organic foods concludes it to be the need of the hour, as is the conservation of our planet. Planet and palette-friendly, here are some vegan food products that have been and will be seen reigning 2022:

1. Legumes

Searching for a nutritious alternative to meat? Legumes will be your best friend. Peas, pulses, and lentils make the holy trinity for all vegans. Rich in minerals and iron, legumes are also diverse ingredients you can mix and match in many ways to fulfill your diet needs.

2. Nuts and Seeds

Whether you are craving something binge-worthy or need a quick office snack to accompany you for the day. Nuts and seeds are of high nutritional value and satisfying. Hemp, flax, and chia seeds make for great additions to salads while nuts like almonds, cashews, and avocados will almost always find their way into a vegan diet.

3. Mushrooms

One of the only non-animal sources of Vitamin D, mushrooms are today a staple for vegans. They are rich in fiber and protein and can be cooked in a multitude of delicious ways. It’s no surprise they are called earth-meat and can be easily consumed as alternatives to your preferred meat.

4. Fruits

While many might be concerned about the “fruits are high in sugar” debate, researchers conclude that their nutritional value outweighs their sugar counterparts. So, feel free to include a bountiful of fruits in your vegan diet. Apples, pears, guavas, berries, grapes, plums, apricots, and such are on the rise.

5. Plant-based meats

You don’t have to go cold turkey on meat, as the market is now brimming with healthy vegan alternatives. Some of the most popular ones are plant-based chicken, bacon, tofu, seitan, jackfruit, and soy. In fact, the global plant-based meat market is estimated to reach USD 24.8 billion in revenue from today’s 6.023 billion.

6. Milk Alternatives

Offering a variety of flavors and nutritional elements, milk alternatives are often marked as the beginning of the vegan revolution. Almond, oat, and soy milk are already a huge demand in the world, whereas rice, coconut, cashew, and even hemp are beginning to establish themselves in the market today. Saying no to dairy and dairy products is considered ideal for lactose intolerant vegans.

7. Chocolates

For the longest time vegans have been questioned about their love for chocolates. Can vegans eat them, or can they not? The answer is yes, and no! While the majority of the brands contain dairy in their products, dozens of indulgent vegan options have now surfaced in the market. Some of the most common vegan chocolates as suggested by PETA include Hershey’s, Alter Eco, Theo Chocolate, VGAN, and CASSE-COU.

8. Seafood

Following the Netflix documentary Seaspiracy, The Growth of vegan food is significant in the seafood market, we appear to be entering a new age of fishless fish. And the trend could very well revolutionize the food industry. Vegans can now enjoy fish filets and sauces, shrimp, lobsters, crab cakes, tuna, and even caviar which are made with vegan ingredients.

Brands like Beyondmeat, Amy’s Kitchen, Gardein, BeLeaf, Jinka, and Sophie’s Kitchen are spearheading the vegan seafood wave. The future of vegan food will be seen growing exponentially in the sphere of seafood.

Plant-based fish has been gaining traction as a tasty and readily available option, for example. Consumers prefer plant-based fish products due to the fact they’re typically allergen-free, 100% vegan, and highly nutritional.

The best part about vegan food? Everything can be paired with anything! The vegan world is your oyster – quite literally.

5 Sustainable Ways To A Healthy Lifestyle

Connect with the blissful care of nature by choosing only plant based, organic and natural products in your day-to-day life. Simple and sustainable, here are 5 ways to build a lifestyle full of health and wellbeing.

STEP 1: CLEAR THE KITCHEN

The holy grail of health where food resides, ditch the plastic and poly-fiber and switch to clay and earthen cookware for your pantry. Instead of paper napkins that eventually lead to piles of waste, you can use cotton or bamboo dishcloths that can be washed and reused for years. Using glass and steel storage containers also assure not just durability and security but reduce the inclusion of plastic in your house. The less the better!

STEP 2: GO VEGAN

There is a multitude of ways to eat your way to a healthy lifestyle – you can make drinks instead of buying them, buy produce in season, grow your own herbs, and avoid processed foods including animal-based products. Say no to meat, and choose veganism that contributes not just to a good environment, but good health.

STEP 3: SHOP SLOW

One of the biggest hazards to our planet is fast fashion. According to waste statistics, the industry produces over 92 million tonnes of waste per year. The effects of fast fashion on the environment include CO2 emissions, water consumption, chemical pollution, and textile waste amongst many more. We can choose to shop sustainably by paying attention to how and where a collection was made, how ethical the fabrics used are, and the durability of the garments. Shop slow to live slow.

STEP 4: GREEN IS THE NEW GLAM

The beauty market is not behind on comprehending the necessity of sustainable and cruelty free brands. Nature vs chemicals – how does it get any easier than this? Look for brands and products that are vegan, plant-based, or paraben-free; skin care and makeup that actually nurtures you and the planet both!

STEP 5: TRAVEL LIKE A LOCAL

Living consciously is not restricted to just our immediate homes. According to recent studies, only 39% of travelers manage to make their travel trips eco-friendly. To begin with, select your stay smartly. Research on your destination where you can accommodate most sustainably. It is important to keep in mind your carbon footprint, so save paper on tickets and simply rely on digital receipts for your fare details. You can also choose to commute on foot instead of transport to reduce your environmental footprint as well as fit in some workout.

Remember – it all starts with us. From one decision a day to the next, we can find ourselves and the planet growing healthier and better in the near future.

Decoding the Rising Demand for Vegan Products

According to the Research and Markets report, the vegan food industry value will predictably reach $36.3 billion by 2026. Thanks to the acute awareness raised over the years, especially during the pandemic, people have walked out more health-conscious regarding what goes in their food, and eventually their bodies. This is where plant-based and vegan products come in place.

Vegan food products are generally dairy-free or meat-free food products that are derived or processed from plant-based sources. In the last five years, the world has witnessed a massive growth in demand for plant-based products or completely opting for the plant-based, vegan diet. Whether it’s on their plates or in their vanities, consumers are consciously opting for cruelty-free products whereas brands are making shifts to veganism each year.

Here are a few factors that lead both brands and consumers to believe in the power of veganism:

  1. Compared to diets rich in animal products, plant-based is far more sustainable because it uses significantly fewer natural resources and puts far less pressure on the environment, thus helping conserve the environment.
  2. Research over time has concluded the harmful effects of consuming animal products including diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Omitting animal-based products is the first road to good health.
  3. Much information has been shared on animal meat and products, showcasing the dark side of processing, and manufacturing them. Owing to this acute awareness, more people are choosing to advocate for non-violence towards animals and fight for their rights.

Furthermore, millennials and Gen Z make up 30 and 32 percent of the population, respectively, creating the enormous market potential for plant-based foods.

BENEFITS OF VEGANISM

Choosing an organic lifestyle devoid of animal-based products entails a dozen advantages for your health. Here are some of them:

  1. Reduced carbon footprint
  2. Improved gut health
  3. Low risk of ageing disorders such as dementia and cognitive disorders.
  4. Reduced risk of mental illnesses
  5. Low levels of ‘bad’ cholesterol
  6. Reduced body inflammation

THE POTENTIAL OF PRODUCTS

Grocery stores and supermarkets have introduced a plethora of plant-based alternatives to animal products, including burgers, meat, tofu, and much more. Plant-based dairy products constitute a major chunk of the vegan aisle – another huge factor in consumers turning to veganism.

In fact, veganism has long before crossed the threshold of just food and beverages. The vegan beauty market is now just as prevalent and necessary as any other. From beauty giants Sephora, Milk Makeup, Kylie Cosmetics, and many more, to even emerging beauty brands on small scales, the beauty industry has shown a positive turnover to vegan and cruelty-free products – some of them aiming for a complete transition. The Vegan Cosmetic Market was valued at USD 14 Billion in 2020 and is projected to reach USD 22.1 Billion by 2028!

For three consecutive years, the UK has topped the list as the Most Vegan Country followed by USA, Poland, Canada, and Thailand.

It has been concluded that raising awareness on the impact of plant-based organic products is the core of driving people to understand the need of going animal-product free. Let’s keep the conversation going.

Go Vegan-It’s Easy

It’s Not Difficult To Be Vegan

The very first lesson in Yamas, that first limb of yoga, is ahimsa. Ahimsa can be translated as non-killing, non-violence, or non-harm. To hurt another being is to hurt oneself. As a long-time vegan, my mission and vision to create a healthy world for all who live here is what makes me jump out of bed every morning.

In our combined ninety years’ teaching human ecology, my husband Bill Tara and I have high hopes we can all come together and make a better world, a healthy vegan world where humans and non-humans alike live in harmony. Success can only be achieved through education, understanding and, ultimately, action. Let’s face it, back in the time of Copernicus, most would have thought it impossible if you said that you were going to convince everyone that the Earth revolved around the Sun, rather than the other way around, but it did eventually happen! So, the past teaches me to have hope for the future.

Going vegan is simply a choice you make. Many people waste a lot of energy pondering this as if it were a complex issue, but the only difficulty

lies in making the decision – it’s easy. Remove all the animal-sourced foods and replace with delicious plant-based foods – the choice is yours. You can do it right now. It may take you a few weeks to locate your best food sources and become comfortable with your new way of eating, but it’s worth it.

When we reflect deeply on our relationship with the outer world, our environment, we realise that we are never independent of its influences. Food is the link between the inside and the outside world. Our Human Ecology Diet is abundant in every vitamin and mineral required for good health, vitality and longevity.

Rethinking Protein

Protein is a subject that always comes up when discussing veganism. When you think of the biggest animals on the planet – elephants, giraffes, buffalo – these are huge mammals; they don’t eat meat, so where do they get their protein? They eat what grows out of the ground and that is where they get their protein; it’s as simple as that. We have all been sold a mythology that only animals have protein, without asking where they got it from. Plants are the source of all protein. There are many foods in the plant kingdom that are especially rich in protein. All the legume family – anything that grows in a pod, lentils, beans and chickpeas – and whole grains are full of protein, and many vegetables are rich in protein too.

Plants are high-energy foods, and it’s good to note that an increasing number of athletes are switching to a vegan diet. Recent winners of long-distance events like triathlons, marathons and bicycle events are eating a vegan diet. These athletes recognise that they get injured less often, recover more quickly and have more stamina when they eat a diverse plant-based diet.

Animal meat is not required to build muscle or bone. This is a myth that is based on limited and biased science generated by the livestock and dairy industries.

Many years ago, I was listening to a webinar by my friend Dr John McDougall and it reminded me of some of the things I learned as a twelve-year-old working at the veg, fruit, grain and bean shop. Here I am fifty years later, having so many of these same lessons gaining notice. It is mentors such as Dr McDougall, Dr Barnard and Dr T. Colin Campbell who brought these simple truths to light again. Here are just some of these gems:

Vegetables are easy to grow – any gardener can grow potatoes, carrots, greens, etc. – and they are inexpensive; rice and beans are also

inexpensive (especially when you buy in bulk).

Animal meat is not required to build muscle or bone. This is a myth that is based on limited and biased science generated by the livestock and dairy industries.

Plants are lower on the food chain, so the environmental pollutants that are so prevalent in our food are in lower concentrations in plant-based foods. Animals are fed food grown with pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilisers, and drinking water exposed to industrial pollution. These contaminants are stored in the fatty tissue (including the milk) of the animal. They can concentrate 1,000-fold as they go up the food chain. This concentration of toxic products affects all animals on land or at sea.

Plants are environmentally friendly. You can grow 17 times more nutritional energy on a piece of land if you grow vegetables than you can if you raise animals for food. The difference between growing potatoes and raising beef is 100-fold.

We are all living on a planet that is food-stressed. There is a real risk of food shortages and security. We need to grow more healthy food. There are close to one billion people (our brothers and sisters) starving to death, while nearly one billion people are eating themselves to death.

85% of non-communicable diseases are related to the modern high-fat, high-calorie diet that is low in nutritional density.

Vegetables don’t grow microbes that are pathogenic to people. They don’t grow E. coli; they don’t grow mad cow disease; they don’t grow listeria. If a vegetable or grain does have a contaminant on it, then it originated from an animal. Animal faeces are a major agricultural

pollutant.

Vegetables taste amazing. Sweet potatoes, fresh corn on the cob, rice, and so on, are full of natural sugars and a broad range of taste without any added sauces.

Vegetables store well – you can dry and store rice, beans and grains in a cool place for years. Tubers, roots and cabbages can last months and retain their nutritional vitality.

Wholefoods (not processed junk food) are great foods for weight loss. Remember, they are low in fat.

Everything that breathes wants to live – killing animals for our pleasure must stop. Please Go Vegan and love all of life is my mes

sage and has been for decades.

Making the Change

Don’t make a shift to a healthy vegan diet be a trauma (or a drama). You are already eating vegetables, grains, fruits and maybe even beans in your diet. You are simply removing the animal-sourced foods and the simple sugar. Your body will thank you. The key is diversity.

People around you may be amused or even sceptical about your new choices. Don’t worry – when they see that it can be do

ne, and that you are happy with the results, they will become more interested (or not). Don’t expect everyone to support you; simply stick to your plan. Some people recommend that slowly introducing the new way of eating is the best. Everyone has to choose their approach for themselves, but our experie

nce is different.

We always suggest that our clients and students make a commitment to adhere to their new eating plan for at least a three-week period to start. There are practical reasons for this.

As you change your diet you will find that your tastes change. When you remove some of the foods you are used to you may miss them for a short time – but remember your reasons for change. You will find that your new way of cooking opens up a different appreciation of plant-based foods. We call

this period ‘creating a new normal’, and making veganism the new normal is my mission, so stay with me on this.

Changing our food habits is usually an eye-opening experience. How you feel, your energy levels and your food satisfaction will a

ll improve. When you feel great on your new approach to eating why would you want to change? Simply make sure that your food is tasty, and your meals include a diversity of grains, beans and vegetables.

Self Care, Meditation and Self Realisation

The highest form of Self Care is Silence!

Why Silence?

It only takes the most casual of glances at the pace of life around the globe as we enter the third decade of this millennium to see that the world is full of activity, busy-ness, noise, striving, all kinds of suffering and dis-ease.

How did we get here? By not stopping and listening the very source of life itself!

Where is this to be found? We all know the answer in truth. It is in the silence of our hearts.

Our hearts know.

Yet we listen to the conditioned mind instead and end up ceaselessly striving, for mind is never ultimately satisfied. It can never trust that we are enough in our pure innocence and being.

So how to resolve this? By opening to, and recognising, the fundamental importance of silence.

Being in Silence is Meditation. Meditation is ultimately, Infinite Silence.

Meditation is so much more that sitting in the lotus position in a cave somewhere in the Himalayas. Life is a Living Meditation if we only allow that inner silence to take front and centre stage as opposed the constant activity of the conditioned mind.

There’s an old quote often attribute to Zen that takes various forms that goes something like this:

“Meditate for an hour every day and if you have a busy day ahead, meditate for two.”

To the mind this seems crazy. To the heart it makes perfect sense. Why?

It is simply because the mind will always, as we have noted, be striving, reaching and thus full of activity. It will tell you there are huge lists of things more important for you to be doing than sitting or lying down in meditation. It can wait it will say… and wait and wait some more until we are so stressed out, ill, in dis-ease we are forced by life itself to stop. To look. To listen inside.

If you were to genuinely sit in two hours of quality meditation life would take on a whole new perspective. All those things that seemed so important will look much less so and your priorities will change. Dramatically!

Mostly, we don’t give life a chance. We give activity a chance. Endless amounts of it. Look at where it has got us.

Whilst there has been undoubted and accentuated suffering in the world in many ways as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic it is very important to remember that there was vast suffering beforehand. We were mostly too busy to stop and notice.

If there’s one thing lockdown has brought to many is the invitation to STOP. Live life in a different way and different pace.

Mind may want things to return to normal. Heart is inviting us to return to natural! There’s a huge difference.

The first is born of mind and full of constant activity which is how most of us currently live, the latter is born of the heart and leads to inspired action.

Which would you rather have? Endless busy-ness or Inner Peace and inspiration?

No contest, not even close. It’s common sense.

What is the highest meditation? Silence which, by the way, is also ultimately Spiritual Self Realisation as Infinite Awareness or Infinite Silence. The inner Buddha in us and that is us all, now.

The mind instantly wants to know how?

Be still and know.

Your essence is already this Infinite Silence in the inner infinite dimensions of life. When people say to me but I can’t meditate or still my mind. I smile with compassion and in the loving knowing that they are already the Living Meditation and Silence. It’s a matter of where your attention is placed.

Meditation is not about stilling the mind. It’s about realising one is Infinite Awareness or Infinite Silence. This will automatically and effortlessly lead to stillness and ultimately Self Realisation.

It’s also not about the length of the meditation its about the quality of it. Though to get true benefit you will have to commit some regular time not just a few minutes here and there.

Much of what is promoted as meditation, whilst of good intent, actually promotes mind based activity and visualisation. The Infinite Silence meditation which I’ve included below (33 minutes long) and emerged as part of Self Realisation is about recognising the awareness that is already present. It has had profound benefits for people around the globe. It can, with practice, be used in all parts of life not just sitting or lying down.

You are worth it.

Silence will lead to the highest choices in every area of your life if you but embrace it. You don’t need to believe me on this, you will see. You will however be called to commit. Your heart already knows.

What does it have to say about this?

Blessings in Infinite Silence,

Philip Wade

You are not (only) what you eat

I don’t want to share yet another “perfect diet” that will finally make you healthy and happy because I don’t think it exists. To my current knowledge, there is no one diet that fits all. We are all individual beings with individual needs and bodies. So please do yourself a favour and don’t buy into what all the “diet gurus“, celebrities and diet magazines make you believe you need to eat in order to lose those 10 extra pounds / look young / finally be happy / etc. .
All it does is – creating short term happiness and success but most likely it won’t have long lasting effects and will leave you disappointed again later.
I know that all the diet information out there is overwhelming. Often times we are flooded with conflicting information and it is hard to understand what of it is “right“ and what’s “wrong“. I want to bring some light into the darkness and start rather simple: If there is one thing I learned consistently in my different trainings as a nutritionist, it is that “everything starts with the gut“. Once you have a healthy digestion, many “problems“ will naturally resolve themselves. This is why today I want to share a few simple tips on how to aid your digestion, so you get the most energy & nutrients from whichever foods you’re choosing to
eat.

How can you assure a healthy digestion?
Hunger: First things first, ideally try eating only when you are actually hungry. This is your body ingling you “I need energy and I’m ready to receive it now!”.
I know this isn’t always possible, life comes in the way sometimes: we have a work schedule and kids and a dog and important meetings and yoga classes, etc., you name it.

So sometimes we can’t eat when we would like to eat.
The right environment: Nevertheless, even then there are things you can do to ease the digestive process. You need to know that digestion actually starts already before you’ve put any bit of food into your mouth. You might have noticed this before: Once you think about, see or smell your favourite meal, the amount of saliva in your mouth immediately starts to increase. This is your body preparing for the food to arrive, moving into “rest and digest mode”. So the next crucial step for a healthy digestion is to create the right environment for it to take place. You can do that by connecting to your food. It can be as simple as smelling it, giving thanks or blessing it. Then sitting down to eat, setting time aside where there are no distractions or stress through phone, newspaper or TV for the entirety of your food break.

Chew: Next up once you actually ingest food, chew your bites properly until you created a soupy consistency. I don’t want to give a number on “how many times one should chew“ because I personally think it takes the fun away from eating, plus I want you to be with your food not in your head. Proper chewing means less work for the stomach and more surface area for nutrient breakdown. It ensures that the enzymes, aka little helpers in your stomach and intestine, can do their job decently – so no digestible food is left behind. Enzymes are essentially deconstructing food into its smallest building blocks which can then be absorbed from the gut into the bloodstream. They are then distributed to all your body cells where they are converted into energy.

Fiber rich foods: However, the digestive process doesn’t stop with the uptake of the tiny building blocks. You might have heard before that you need to eat “fiber”. Have you ever wondered what that actually is and why it is so important for a good digestion?

There are different kinds of fiber with various actions, but the bottom line is they are all indigestible, no matter how well you chew on them, they will not make their way into your bloodstream. This is because we humans don’t have the type of enzymes we need to break them down into an absorbable form. Nevertheless these fibers – which by the way can only be found in plants (aka veggies, fruits, legumes, grains, nuts & seeds) – are little helpers themselves. There are ones that increase stool bulk which makes the bowels move, essentially preventing constipation. Another type of fiber escorts excess cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, drug by-products, hormone residues and other waste products out of our bodies by binding to them. In addition to that, fiber is the food source for the gut microbiota (mainly bacteria in your colon) which helps to protect you against ingested pathogens, overpopulation of “bad” bacteria and it even produces certain vitamins.

Bowel movements: You might be wondering by now what a healthy digestion is supposed to “look” like. Now, the problem I see, is that we love talking about what we eat but rarely do we mention what comes out later. Bowel movements is such a taboo topic, although it is natural and we all know everyone has to “use the washroom”. Bowel movements can be a really important indicator of your overall health. If you are already grossed out, I’m sorry, but I promise I
won’t go any further than this: Ideally you’re going 1-3 times per day without having to strain. If you are more curious about the consistency you’re aiming for, type “Bristol stool chart“ in google.

Water:
The last tip I want to give is to make sure you drink enough liquids throughout the day. Fill up your 1 litre bottle with water or unsweetened tea and put it on your bedside table every night. First thing in the morning drink at least 250 ml and the rest throughout the morning/early afternoon, ideally away from meals.

Fill your bottle again in the afternoon and carry it around with you, so in the end of the day you drank at least 1.5 litres of water. This helps to achieve the right bowel movement consistency, prevents constipation, keeps your skin hydrated and ensures your cells get their nutrients. Unfortunately there is only so much I can say in one article and I have already exceeded the maximum amount of words but of course there are plenty more tips for a healthy digestion, so I hope you can join my short talk on digestion at the international Yoga Day and don’t hesitate to reach out to me for more information and help.
